Also heres a look at how I had my booth setup at Motaku.  Didn't find a pic of my booth in Acen but it looked pretty much how I had it in ASTL buy in Motaku I went back to my Origional booth style with my caricature artist table and artworks on the side.  No cosplay pics though. Enjoy pyons

Hey guys! Last Saturday Animeggroll Had there 2 year aniversary!  It was alot of fun and they even hired me to do caricatures.  But thats not even the best part. They had some raffle items going and one of them was the Panty and Stocking with Gartebelt dvd set. An guess what! I won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  So i went down after work today and piced it up. So now Mari and I are gunna watch the whole thingXD

 Well gang she finally came. My first Dolfie!  I bought the Tong Tong model with no face up last month and have been waiting for her to get in.

I also made sure I got the color wig and eyes I wanted.  They also had this really nice dress and boots.^^

 But now its time for some face-up!

I went for the broad eyebrows and freckle look.  The hardest part was actually the eyelashes.  I also had alot of fun with this part, but it was pretty hard overall.

 Well now that shes all dry I put her back on her body^^

I'll try to get better pics when my camera gets fixed !

Late update?

Hey Guys seems so long ago that I posted last.  I have of course been really buisy with work and gigs n stuff.  But I guess thats really no excuse for not posting other than I've just been real lazy about it.

Well first things first I had alot of fun at Acen.  Talked to people sold some stuff, bought more stuff.  They even had the anual random anime con fire drill.  Wich happend write when the only panel I wanted to go to all weekend was going on.  But otherwise good times

I've also started doing Caricatures at the STL Zoo which is really fun.  This place is allot more relaxed then Six Flags so I really fel comfortable working here. plus its closer soes I'm not driving 45+ hrs to get to work everyday^^  Also did the DuQuoin State Fair Again this year which was great except for the rain that came down ruining the biggest weekend.  And Popeye was another great success!

And Lastly I've ordered my first Ball-jointed Doll (BJD) its the Tong Tong styled doll from 5star dolls.  I can not wait for this to come in. I think I'm more excited about this then anything else right now.  I also ordered it with no Face-up (doll makeup) so I will have fun doing that too.  It wont come for a month or two but I will definitely let you guys know when It comes in and how the Face-up looks.

Just finished my long list of things to have ready for Acen tomorrow including 4 more cut-outs!

Bakuman!!

I wanted to post about this last week but couldnt find the time.  But my favorite manga Bakuman has finally come to an end.  If you havent yet read it, its done by the team who also did Deathnote and artist from Hikaru no Go.

This story folows the middle school duo Mashiro and Takagi as they try to become Manga artist.  It starts with Takagi asking Mashiro if he would draw the caactes for the storys he writes.  At first Mashiro refuses saying he just wants a normal japanese life, but when he finds out is long time love Azuki wants to become a Voice actress he imediately confesses his love to her and claims that when his manga becomes an anime she will voice the lead and they would get married!

The story then goes into this flow of them getting serialized then something happens and they loos it. Then there are some other secondary characters mostly other artist that do there own thing as well.  Anywayu if you havent given it a read It comes highly recomended by me.  They also started the anime a while back, it has gone through 2 seasons and will start the third season next fall.

At any rate this and Detective conan have been the only two manga I've been looking forward to on a regular basis. so I may have to find something else to read. enjoy pyons.
