Finally got my KOF yellow/blue deck in today. Ordered it from HobbyStoreShockwave.com last week. I really wanted to make a Mari Evangelion deck but they did not have enough of the cards i needed. This deck uses a lot of early bounce change, a strong late game with lots of heal. Anyway Enjoy!
