Wardrobe

Hey all, had a gig in Illinois the other day. It was a mining Co. Christmas party but they spit it into 2 groups. 1 am and pm, and between them we had some free time. We'll while G mac and Colin slept I went walking around town and found the goodwill. I ended up finding exactly whati was looking for. A dresser for Mari and Saara to stash ther clothes. Well it's actually an old jewel box for necklaces and rings but it works perfectly asa little storage box for there stuff. Anyway here are some pics enjoy pyons.

Nebraskon2013

Hey looks like I haven't posted in quite awhile. Even missing the month of October completely. Well not much has happened in the way of drawings. However I did go to Anime Nebraskon last weekend and had a blast. With with my friend Tony again this time.  We had allot of fun selling random stuff as well as challenging a few players to Vanguard. I was also able to find a new outfit for Saara even though she still has no shoes she now has nice new pajamas.  Maybe I should go back on etsy if I want to find her a pair of shoes. anyways enjoy these pics pyon.

Project-comics

Was a vendor at my first comic convention last weekend, Project-comiccon. As most cons go it was fairly small and really slow. I did get to meet Todd Nauck the comic artist who did a lot of my favorite series from tge late 90s. I also got to chill with my pal Greg who worked the both with me.

First Playmat

Finally drew on a playmat this week. One of the people I play weiss and vanguard with had a blank and wanted a design on it. Is from the manga Alice in the country of hearts.

This turned out about better then I expected and hope to make alot more. Later pyon

Motaku 2013

Thanks to all that stopped by my booth this past weekend.  I had allot of fun and people really seemed to like my new button sets.  I had a special guest join me this tine, my good friend Shade. He too had a good time and really helped me with sales over all.  I was also able to find a new friend for Mari, however I don't want to show her off just yet. I still need to finish her face makeup and give her a name.  Look for her in the comming weeks. Well that's all for now enjoy these pics pyon!

Mari Pics

 Hey Guys! Had a great time at Natsucon last weekend.  Sold lotsa stuff bought lotsa stuff. However while I forgot to take a picture of my booth and didnt care much to take photos of cosplayers.  I did borrow a Preschool uniform from my friend to put on Mari and take a few pictures. I also took some group shots whith her dolls as well. Enjoy pyon

Good News Nebraska!

Hey looks like I was accepted into Anime Nebraskons Artist Alley again this year!  Turns out they had a cancellation and I was high enupf on the call list to get a spot.  I didn't get to go last year but when I went 2 yrs. ago I had a lot of fun. So anyway see ya there!

Doing stuff?

 

Well its been quite a while since my last post so I'll try and go over everything in order.  First was Kawa-kon in St. Louis, which was very fun. I sold some stuff and had a new layout I was trying. Ya know with the new bags n such. Was also trying to do caricatures there as well. Didn't take many pictures but I did get this one of a Serge from Crono Cross.

 Next I went to Anime STL. I didn't have a table this time so I just walked around and enjoyed the convention like a normal person.  I even walked aroud with Mari for a bit.  They had this cool BJD room with a few displays setup for pictures.  And I found some of my favorite characters to hold her for photos. Vadelle, Solo twins, and Daisy.  I was also able to play Weib Shwarz for the first time and I liked it alot!

 

 With Acen comig up I wanted to make sure I had some cool new buttons ready so I went ahead and made a full set of Gibli buttons. I know I said Ghibli but its pretty much just Hayao Miyazaki Characters.  I got Naussica, Kikis Delivery service, Porko Roso, Totoro, Howls Moving castle, Sprirted away, Prinsess Mononoke, and Ponyo on the clif by the sea. I also wanted to do some frome Arietty but didn't have enupf slots.

I also made some more buttons for the Misc. set. 10 Panty and Stocking buttons.  I'm really happy with how these turned out.  I was a real fan of the series and was just happy to make really cool buttons.

Now that brings us to Acen aka Awesome con.  I had alot of fun this year. Had a better setup for my artwork.  As well as Bushiroad had some Weib Shwarz demos.  So while I didnt make it to any demos I did get to play alot of different people at the con this year.Even found Mari a new Kimono as well as got her a pair of glasses from a good friend.  We drove the 5 hrs. in the ArtbyMike mobile and made it back with no problems.  All in all I have to say it was a great time.  Cant wait to do it again next year^^

Well thats all for now. Hopefully it wont be 3 months before my next post.  I will be going to Natsukon and I wanna make some Detective Conan and some Sonic buttons.  Anyhows later pyons!
